One Two Buckle My Shoe Childcare Inc. (OTBMSC Inc.) was founded in March 2006. A business venture which was solely created out of interest and passion. However, in the process of creating this small business, the owner of OTBMSC Inc. discovered that there was a high demand and need for childcare services across all cities in the lower mainland. Within the last 13 years OTBMSC Inc. has optimized it existence by serving and delivering a quality program for families and children in North Delta, Surrey, and Langley areas.

OTBMSC has 4 key components that comprise its successful existence since 2006.

Trust: Our goal is to build a long running relationship with our families and children by bridging our skills and expertise with understanding and empathizing with families and their needs.

Dedication: Our goal is to dedicate our time and skills in optimizing a program for all age groups that meets and exceeds the expectations of families and children.

Team work: Our goal is to network with many members of our teaching staff to provide and serve programs that we are passionate about delivering.

Growth: Our goal is to lead children to new levels of growth in understanding their role in their families and communities.We would like to infuse all programs with these components through our educators leading, teaching, role modelling, and interacting with children and families in a manner that exemplifies these core components in fullness.


SANJU BAINS

SANJU MEDEIROS.

Sanju Medeiros is the President of One Two Buckle My Shoe Childcare Inc. she holds her certifications in Community Social Services and Early Childhood Education. She has extensive experience in advocating for childcare rights and has acquired 20 years of practical and skillful administrative skills in the childcare field. She has owned and managed her own childcare business and taught early learning programs across the lower mainland in private and public sectors. Her works include; Providing emergency care for children in the care of the Ministry of Children and Families, Researching and devising accredited Early Childhood Programs for private post-secondary institutions, teaching at private post-secondary institution level, managing private and public early learning programs for municipal governments. Her reputation and mandate in life is to serve families and children with respect and to exemplify key components of Trust, Dedication, Teamwork and Growth through her personal life and business.

OUR TEAM MEMBERS

All programs will employ highly qualified and experienced educators as well as new recruits to our Early Learning field as our centre will serve to be a teaching program for newly graduated Early Childhood Educators as well.

  • All programs will meet the standard and quota required by Fraser Health Authority.

All Staff members will have the following qualifications:

Infant and Toddler program staff will hold:
Early Childhood Education Diploma Specializing in Infant and Toddler Education Criminal record check and clearance Valid First Aid 2-5 years experience in the field

Group Childcare 3 to 5 room
Early childhood Education Certification or Early Childhood Education Assistant certification Specializing in Special needs is an asset Criminal Record check and clearance Valid First Aid 2-5 years experience

School Age Program
Early Childhood Education Assistant, or Responsible Adult certification Specializing in Special needs is an asset Criminal record check and clearance Valid First Aid 2-5 years experience

  • All new recruits will join our team through their educational programs being offered through accredited public and private post secondary institutions.
  • All staff members will be part of our teachers with skills program where each member will exemplify or add an extra-curricular teaching skill to our programs through their expertise and knowledge. These teaching skills will encompass, fine arts, drama, creative writing, building, and dance components.
